At Be Luru, we value your time and trust, and we do our best to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for reservations, events, and advance payments.
Table Reservations

Table reservations are confirmed only upon receiving the booking confirmation.

If you are unable to make it, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Events & Special Bookings (e.g., Sunday Brunch, Poolside Events, Private Parties)

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made 48 hours prior to the event.

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event or for no-shows.
Prepaid Orders & Packages
Refunds will only be considered in case of:

Double payment or technical errors, or
-
Event cancellation from Be Luru’s side.
Processing of Refunds

Management Rights

Be Luru reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational issues). In such cases, a full refund or alternate date will be offered.

The management’s decision regarding cancellations and refunds will be final.
