REFUND POLICY

Be Luru

At Be Luru, we value your time and trust, and we do our best to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for reservations, events, and advance payments.

Table Reservations

  • Table reservations are confirmed only upon receiving the booking confirmation.

  • If you are unable to make it, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

  • No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Events & Special Bookings (e.g., Sunday Brunch, Poolside Events, Private Parties)

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made 48 hours prior to the event.

  • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event or for no-shows.

Prepaid Orders & Packages

​Refunds will only be considered in case of:

  • Double payment or technical errors, or

  • Event cancellation from Be Luru’s side.

Processing of Refunds

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made 48 hours prior to the event.

  • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event or for no-shows.

Management Rights

  • Be Luru reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational issues). In such cases, a full refund or alternate date will be offered.

  • The management’s decision regarding cancellations and refunds will be final.
