Booking Policy

At Be LURU, we curate unforgettable experiences for birthdays, anniversaries, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations. To ensure smooth planning and execution, please review our event booking policies: 1. Booking & Reservations * Events must be booked in advance to secure the preferred date and space. * Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit (percentage of total package / fixed advance). * Tentative bookings will be held for 48 hours; beyond this, availability cannot be guaranteed without advance payment. 2. Event Duration & Timings * Standard event durations are 3–5 hours, depending on the package. * Extensions beyond agreed timings may incur additional charges. * Events can be scheduled during required hours or as a full-day booking (subject to availability). 3. Pricing & Payment Terms * Final costs depend on guest count, menu, beverages, and additional services requested (e.g., DJ, décor). * Per-head packages are available for corporate groups and private parties. * Balance payment must be settled before or at the end of the event. * Taxes and service charges are applicable as per law. 4. Guest Count & Menu Finalisation * Final headcount must be confirmed 48 hours before the event. * Menu selections should be finalised at least 5 days prior to the event. * Any last-minute additions will be accommodated subject to availability and additional charges. 5. Food & Beverage Policy * Packages include unlimited food & beverages as per the agreed menu. * Premium beverages, special requests, or custom items will be billed separately. * Outside food & beverages are not permitted. 6. Venue & Facilities * Space allocation is at the discretion of management and subject to booking size. * Requests for décor, AV equipment, or stage setup must be informed in advance. * Additional costs may apply for extra facilities. 7. Cancellations & Refunds * Cancellations made in advance are eligible for a full/partial refund of the deposit. * Cancellations made within before 48 hours will incur a partial forfeiture (management discretion). * Cancellations within 48 hours of the event or no-shows will result in full forfeiture of the deposit. 8. Code of Conduct * Be Luru promotes a safe and respectful environment. Misconduct or damage to property during events will result in penalties. * Management reserves the right to deny service if necessary.
