Booking Policy

Our Sunday Sapphire Brunch is designed to give you an unforgettable experience of unlimited food, drinks, and vibes. To ensure smooth operations and a great time for all guests, please note the following policies: 1. Timings *Brunch is served every Sunday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. *Guests are requested to arrive on time to make the most of the brunch experience. 2. Reservations *Advance reservations are recommended as brunch tables are limited. *Walk-ins will be accommodated on availability. 3. Pricing & Payment *Standard brunch price: ₹2,500 per person (all-inclusive). *Prices include unlimited food & select beverages as mentioned in the brunch menu. *Full payment to be settled before or at the time of service. 4. Food & Beverage Policy *Brunch includes unlimited servings of listed food and beverages during the brunch hours. *Premium or special beverages and food outside the brunch menu will be charged separately. *Food wastage is strongly discouraged; management reserves the right to charge for excessive wastage. 5. Seating & Service *Table allocation is at the discretion of the management. Rooftop and poolside tables are subject to availability. *Service staff will ensure timely refills. 6. Events & Entertainment *Live DJ performances and entertainment are part of the brunch experience. *Requests for private celebrations during brunch should be informed in advance. 7. Cancellations & No-Shows *Cancellations made 24 hours prior will not incur a penalty. *No-shows or last-minute cancellations for group bookings may result in a forfeiture of deposit. 8. Code of Conduct *Guests are requested to enjoy responsibly. Be Luru has a zero-tolerance policy towards unruly behavior. *Management reserves the right to deny service if necessary.
